First public release of word2x

word2x is a word 6 to anything convert supplied with text and latex
output formats. It guesses rather a lot from context due to the
opaqueness of the word format itself. Pictures and other junk are
skipped but occasionally a few printable items creep in somehow.

The LaTeX output has very limited equation support since I had few
example to go on (only fractions and guesswork). It did manage to use
eqnarry* for something the word viewer render as several lines of
display style. Since I do not know anything about front change pounds
signs are sometimes rendered as =< or $\leq$. The LaTeX also spots
bullets and switches into itemize! *'s in maths mode are render as
\times which IMHO looks much better than what word viewer uses.
