normally you can get the serialno at the place you get the package of JBUILDER

you can try this:

xa32-2222d-c5h7?
2x3-nrz
( this is for ENTERPRISE JBuilder3.5)

if that not effect , you can download the package from ftpsite which have the
SERIALNO.TXT file in it.
